Luke! Elkhart, Indiana Newborn Session
“Where there is love there is life.” – Gandhi
So Luke was SUPPOSED to join us on March 15th [or, we were really hoping the 17th, which would make him a true Irish baby :)]. BUT, he came early! He decided Valentine’s Day was more his birth day style :).
And as soon as he came home from the hospital [he had a bit of an extended stay], we were able to photograph his adorableness!
Seriously, look at that sweet, sweet face! And his super fun loving beautiful parents are so fun to hang out with.
Luke, you are so well loved by your awesome parents. So glad to know them and now you!
~Maike
ps: Lindsey’s laugh is sort of my FAVORITE laugh I have ever photographed. I usually get one awesome laugh shot every time we hang out [here, here, and here]
*Eric has a thing for Star Wars… which is too bad, since Luke seems to be more of a Star Trek fan ;). ps: did you know Leonard Nimoy [RIP] was a photographer!
These are beautiful Maike!!! Really love that one of the three of them in the nursery with the amazing elephant art above the crib!
Beautiful photos. What a sweet little one. And btw IN LOVE with the elephant above the crib!!
What a sweet baby boy! adorable! Love all these images, I bet the parents are over the moon! (with baby and the images! hehe)
Oh wow! These are perfect in every way!!
Oh these are precious. He is so beautiful, and the family photos are going to be great keepsakes of this time in their lives for years to come. I laughed out loud at the Star Trec reference… life long and prosper, Luke!
These are just beautiful. Really love that last black and white one AND both images where you’re peeking into the nursery. What a perfect session.
Handsome couple, handsome baby, adorable family!! So glad Luke is home and doing well! <3
That last black and white image makes my heart flutter! These are all beautiful!
So tiny! I love all the close shots. Mom looks so good, too! Way to go!
What a perfectly adorable little one! And what a beautiful family! I’m loving your use of the available light. Great job capturing them in their element!
